We have a statutory duty to meets our obligations as set out within data protection legislation as we process personal data when conducting our business.

This policy refers to all parties (employees, job candidates, customers, suppliers who provide any amount of information to us.


3. Our Company Data Protection Policy refers to our commitment to treat information of employees, customers, and other interested parties with the utmost care and confidentiality. With this policy, we ensure that we gather, store and handle data fairly, transparently and with respect towards individual rights.

4. Completion and Maintenance of Records
Our data will be:

  • – Accurate and kept up-to-date.
  • – Collected fairly and for lawful purposes only.
  • – Processed by the company within its legal and moral boundaries.
  • – Protected against any unauthorized or illegal access by internal or external parties.

5. Storage of Data & Records
CWT securely stores your data at secure servers supplied to us by our accredited IT supplier. Our CMR system SAGE ACT will store electronic records will be password protected.

6. Retention
CWT will keep your personal data for up to 4 years.

7. Archiving
CWT collects the following data:

  • – Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, mobile number and job title)

CWT collects your data so that we can:

  • – Process your orders and manage your account.
  • – Contact you via email or phone with further information about products and services we think you might like.

8. Destruction and Disposal
Any third party Data will be destroyed by the following methods:

  • – Delete/Reformat.
  • – Wipe.
  • – Electronic shredding.
  • – Solid state shredding.

9. Policy Review
CWT keeps its privacy policy under regular review and places any updates on this web page. Any changes will be made by our internal admin team.

10. Document Review
At the end of the document there will be a signature and a date. You may also have a change history record so every time the document is updated a log is made of a brief description of the change, who approved it and a signature with a date of when it was done.
